BASF introduced Luviquat Supreme, a hair styling polymer for mousse formulations that delivers stiffness and hold, as well as excellent curl retention. It is the latest in a series of hair care polymers to be introduced by the company in the past two years. According to company executives, Luviquat Supreme performs significantly better than polyquaternium-11 or polyquaternium-55.
